Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
Cricbet99WinID is an independent ID-provisioning and support service. We create exchange accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide support. The exchange platform itself — its odds, markets, settlements and platform rules — is operated by Cricbet99, not by us. The division of roles is described in how it works.
2. Eligibility — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old. Age is confirmed in chat; IDs found in use by minors are frozen without refund of platform losses. By requesting an ID you confirm you meet the age requirement and that using the service is lawful in your state — see legality in India.
3. Deposits & balances
- Deposits convert to playing balance at 1:1; the ID itself is free.
- Pay only to accounts confirmed inside your continuous chat thread. Payments sent to numbers from forwards or unsolicited messages are not our liability — verify via the official channel guide.
- Deposits are for play, not storage; the balance is not a bank account and earns nothing.
4. Withdrawals
Processed per the withdrawal guide: settled balances only, verified against the bet log, normally paid same-day. Bonus portions remain locked until their written turnover terms are met.
5. Bonuses
All offers are governed by the written terms quoted in your chat at claim time — percentage, minimum, turnover, validity. Those chat messages are the contract; see the bonus offers guide.
6. Fair use
IDs are personal and non-transferable. Multi-accounting to farm bonuses, or any attempt to exploit settlement errors, may result in bonus forfeiture or ID closure. Genuine platform errors are corrected against the panel's bet log both ways — in your favour too.
7. Disputes
Settlement disputes are resolved against the panel's bet log; service disputes against the chat record. Raise issues in the chat first; unresolved matters may be escalated by email to [email protected].
8. Our role's limits
We are not responsible for the exchange's odds, market availability, settlement decisions or downtime, nor for losses arising from play. Betting involves financial risk — bet only what you can afford to lose, and use our responsible gambling tools.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance — and material changes are made visible on this page rather than buried, consistent with how every other commitment in this relationship is handled.
9A. The clauses annotated — what each section means on a real evening
Eligibility in practice (section 2): the age check happens in your first conversation, not through documents but through the direct question and its recorded answer. This is why an ID "borrowed" for a younger relative is a violation with your name on it — the recorded confirmation was yours. The state-law clause works the same way: the confirmation that play is lawful where you are is yours to give truthfully, and the legality guide exists so you can give it informed.
Deposits in practice (section 3): the chat-confirmed-account rule is the load-bearing sentence of the whole document. Money sent to a number from a forward, a Telegram group or an unsolicited message is outside the service relationship entirely — not because we refuse responsibility, but because nothing connects that payment to us at all. The confirmation inside your continuous thread is what makes a payment a deposit rather than a transfer to a stranger.
Withdrawals in practice (section 4): "settled balance" means markets resolved and stakes released — a withdrawal requested with open in-play positions covers only the uncommitted remainder. "Matching details" means the payout goes where deposits came from unless a change was announced in advance. Both rules exist for your protection: the first prevents accounting chaos, the second is the anti-fraud lock that stops a compromised chat from redirecting your money.
Fair use in practice (section 6): one player, one ID is enforced because the alternative breaks everything else — bonus terms, dispute records, responsible-gambling limits all assume the account is a person. Trading aggressively is not a violation; pretending to be two people is. The settlement-error clause cuts both ways by design: a market mis-settled against you gets corrected from the same log that catches exploitation.
Our limits in practice (section 8): when a fancy market settles in a way you dislike, the emotional instinct is to treat the service as the counterparty. Section 8 states the reality early so the moment is navigable: we verify, explain and advocate against genuine errors — but the exchange's published rules govern its markets, exactly as this page's rules govern the service. Two rulebooks, two lanes, one honest map.
10. How disputes actually resolve — the process in practice
Legal-sounding dispute clauses usually describe theatre no one performs. Ours describes the process that actually runs, because it runs weekly. A settlement question — "why did this session settle at 84?" — goes to the chat with the bet ID, gets checked against the panel's log and the market's published rules, and closes with the rule quoted and the log shown. A service question — "where is my withdrawal?", "this wasn't the bonus quoted" — goes to the chat, gets checked against your written history, and closes with the record. Escalation to a senior agent happens in the same thread on request; the email channel exists for formal matters needing attachments.
Notice the design principle: every dispute category resolves against a document that existed before the dispute — the log, the quote, the confirmation. That is deliberate, and it is why arguments here are short. The player's role in keeping them short is equally documented: pay only to chat-confirmed accounts, keep the screenshots this site repeatedly tells you to take, and raise issues promptly while records are fresh. A dispute raised with its evidence attached is not really a dispute; it is a lookup.
The honest boundary, stated once more because it matters: platform-side outcomes — a market's settlement under its published rules, odds that moved before you clicked — can be explained and verified but not overturned by us. Where a genuine platform error occurred (and they do occur), the bet log is the instrument that proves it, in your favour as readily as against you. That symmetry is the whole reason to prefer a records-first service.
10A. Comparing these terms with what you sign elsewhere
Perspective helps: a licensed bookmaker's terms run thirty to sixty pages, and the length is not thoroughness — it is reservation. Buried in those pages, standard practice includes the right to limit or close winning accounts at sole discretion, to void bets for "palpable error" defined by the house, to change bonus terms mid-promotion, and to demand documents at withdrawal time that were never mentioned at deposit time. Every clause is legal; the sum is a relationship where the house holds every option and the player holds a login.
These eleven sections cannot promise you a regulator — that trade-off is real and stated honestly in the Parimatch comparison among others. What they promise instead is the absence of the discretionary machinery: no winner-limiting clause exists here because the exchange model has no use for one; no surprise-document clause exists because there are no documents; no mid-promotion term changes exist because each offer's terms are frozen in your chat at claim time. Shorter terms are not weaker terms when the length elsewhere was working against you. Read both kinds once, genuinely — it is the most clarifying twenty minutes in betting.
And the enforcement asymmetry favours you here in one underrated way: every commitment we make is checkable against records you hold — your chat, your screenshots, your references. A bookmaker's promises live in their systems, auditable by their compliance team; ours live in your phone. Whatever else the two models trade off, that difference in who holds the evidence is worth more than most players realise until the day it matters.
11. The plain-language summary — your obligations and ours
You agree to: be 18 or older; hold one ID, used by you alone; fund it with your own payments to chat-confirmed accounts; meet written bonus terms before withdrawing bonus portions; play within your state's law; and raise problems through the official channels while the records are fresh. Six obligations, none hidden, all of them things a sensible player does anyway.
We commit to: quote every operative term in writing before money moves; convert deposits one-to-one and verify credits visibly; process verified withdrawals on the same-day standard; state causes before any adverse account action; honour responsible-gambling requests instantly and without resistance; and keep this document short enough that reading it is a reasonable ask. The full spirit of the relationship is the how it works page wearing formal clothes — and either document can be questioned, at any hour, in the chat that makes all of it enforceable.
